Welcome to Shabash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shabash website (the “Site”) and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Shabash provides tools for families to manage chores, award stars, and redeem rewards. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service to post or transmit illegal, harmful, infringing, or offensive content.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., chore titles, descriptions, reward definitions). By submitting content you grant Shabash a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy located at /privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
At present the core Shabash service is offered free of charge. If Shabash introduces paid features in the future, additional terms including billing policies will be provided.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shabash disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shabash and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
